SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
4 c. white bread, cubed 1 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 beaten eggs 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. milk Combine bread, butter, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and milk. Put in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Delicious with ham or turkey. |
