SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
5 slices bread, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, crushed, save juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
Large bowl

Beat eggs, add sugar and melted butter and condensed milk. Add bread cubes and pineapple and juice. Mix until well coated, but not until it is mushy.

Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan, bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, or until slightly light brown on top.

This recipe may be doubled for a large crowd.
