SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar (brown) 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. butter, melted Reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar, flour, and juice in a large bowl. Add cheese and pineapple. Mix. Pour in greased casserole. Toss crumbs with butter. Sprinkle on top. In a preheated oven (350 degrees), bake for 20 to 25 minutes. |
