SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (#1/2 size) can crushed pineapple
4 slices bread, cubed
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 stick butter

Cook sugar, flour, juice and butter until thick, about 3 minutes. Pour over pineapple and cubed bread and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
