SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 can pineapple tid bits & juice
1 qt. bread crumbs

Melt butter and sugar together. In a 2 quart baking dish put evaporated milk, egg, pineapple and bread crumbs. Add the butter and sugar mixture and stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pineapple chunks may be used. Can use either sweetened or unsweetened pineapple.
