SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. (8 slices) white fresh bread, cubed
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits or pineapple chunks, drained
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
3 eggs

Mix melted butter, sugar, and 3 eggs (well beaten) with a beater. Stir in drained pineapple. Toss bread cubes in mixture. Make sure it is coated well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
