"CAN" DO CHICKEN 
1-12 oz can chicken noodle soup, undiluted
1-12 oz can cream of celery soup,undiluted
1-12 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1-12 oz can evaporated milk
1/4 cup milk
1-10 oz chunk white chicken, drained
1-16 oz can mixed vegetables, drained
1-4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
pimentos if desired

In a large pan mix soups, milk and flour. Bring to a boil, cook stirring for 2 mintues or till thickened. Add the rest of the ingredients, heat til evenly heated through. Serve over your choice of chow mein noodles, toast points, noodles, mashed potatoes, etc.

This comes from cans we have on our pantry shelves, leftover chicken or turkey work well also. It's a lifesaver when unexpected company shows up! It will serve 6 to 8 - possibly more. It tastes a lot like chicken a la king and goes together so quickly and easily, too!
