6 lbs. hamburger 2 med. size bottles ketchup 1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice 2 onions (large) 6 large stalks celery 3 tbsp. mustard 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer slowly for 2 hours. Can make ahead and let flavor develop and then reheat. |
