MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. 10x sugar (box) sifted
1/2 c. cocoa, sifted with sugar if desired
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, cut in 6 pieces
1 c. chopped nuts (pecan or walnut)
1/2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients in glass bowl, spread butter pieces around. Nuke on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter melts. Stir in vanilla, nuts and marshmallows. Beat vigorously. Like children the more you beat it, the better it be. Butter 8 inch square pan and spread mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour (or freezer for 25 minutes). Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
