HAM BARBECUE FOR A CROWD 
3 lb. chipped chopped ham
1 lg. onion

BARBECUE SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
2 c. ketchup
2/3 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water
4 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt, optional

Saute onions in large pan. Add ham and heat through. Add barbecue sauce. Simmer until not too sloppy. Serve in buns.
