1 c. Crisco
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Chill dough for easier handling. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Place on cooling rack. Frost when completely cooled.
