TERIYAKI STEAK 
Flank steak
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and warm slightly to melt honey and use to marinate meat 1 hour. Score steak before marinating. Cook on grill 5 minutes on 1 side and 3 minutes on other side. Save marinade to pour over steak.
