CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. whole cashews (optional)
1 sm. jar pimento
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients; add a little more milk to soup. Put chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be put in 2-quart casserole or 9x13 inch pan and cut in squares with cream of mushroom soup over top when serving.
