PECAN PINEAPPLE PIE 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. pecans
1 med. can pineapple chunks, drained

Cream butter, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt. Blend in eggs and corn syrup. Fold in pecans and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
