PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
1 lg. crushed pineapple
1 lg. fruit cocktail (drained)
1 sm. pistachio pudding mix
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix pineapple and fruit cocktail. Add pudding mix and mix well. Add marshmallows, then nuts. Mix. Add Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Cut into squares and serve.

Serves 10.
