PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectionery sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredient and spread into a 9"x13" pan (bottom only). Bake crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes only.

Beat softened cream cheese, confectionery sugar, and 1/2 Cool Whip together and spread over cool crust. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Mix 2 boxes of pudding with milk. Beat until thick. Spread on top cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
