1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free pistachio instant pudding
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whipped Topping

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl. Add the pudding mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
