MOCK ROAST PORK FRIED RICE | |
2 lb. chicken breasts 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. honey 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. dry sherry 1/4 tsp. 5-spice 1 tsp. red coloring Marinade chicken all day or overnight. Cover dish with plastic to prevent drying out. Place chicken on a rack in baking pan with 1 cup water to prevent meat from drying out in oven. Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes until tender. Dice into bite size pieces. SUGGESTION: This can also be done with pork steaks (cooking time 1 hour). |
