BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces 1 lb. fresh cauliflower, cut in small pieces 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. low fat mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt In large bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower and onion together. In small bowl, beat the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and salt with a fork until well blended. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. |
