1 sm. head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 box frozen peas
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced

Chop cauliflower and broccoli. Thaw peas, slice water chestnuts; mix together.

DRESSING:

2 pkg. dry original Ranch (the one made with buttermilk)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix sour cream, Hellmann's mayonnaise and dry original Ranch. Pour over cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts and peas; mix well.
