BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
1 bunch broccoli 1 onion (sweet, Spanish or Vidalia) 1 c. Ranch Dressing (approx.) 1 head cauliflower 6 pieces cooked bacon 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (approx.) Wash and drain broccoli and cauliflower; cut into small bite size pieces. Place in large Tupperware bowl. Thinly slice onion over vegetables. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over the top. Pour Ranch style dressing over entire contents. Grate cheese, place over all. Seal bowl and refrigerate at least 6 hours for best flavor. To serve, scoop out with large spoon. No need to toss first. |
