PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. skim milk
4 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
1 tbsp. corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients and cook over medium heat until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball and holds together in cold water (about 12 minutes).

1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. peanut butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Add vanilla extract and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Add nuts and pour into buttered pan.
