1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, one at a time
1 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. self-rising flour

Mix and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Boil 4 minutes, add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. Cool 5 minutes. Pour onto cooled cake.
