GRANDMA PALMA & TRACEY'S FUDGE 
1/4 stick butter
3 c. sugar, either Jack Frost or Domino
1 can Pet or Carnation milk (no store brands)
1/4 c. cocoa (Hershey's)
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Scorch butter. Add sugar, milk, cocoa, Karo syrup. Let it come to a boil. Takes 20 minutes until soft ball stage. Cool for 45 minutes. Beat. Pour into buttered dish and add nuts.
