CHOCOLATE FUDGE BARS 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Cream sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 10x15 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter

Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat until it thickens. Spread over baked bars.
