TRI-LAYER FUDGE | |
4 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 16 oz. Hershey syrup (or make your own) Boil 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes; add 1 cup coca and 1 ounce of chocolate. Mix above; add 1 cup flour. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. 2 c. confectioners sugar 3 tbsp. cream de mint, or more, until it makes a stiff frosting Layer over bottom layer and freeze 1 hour or more until hard. Melt 6 tablespoons butter with 1 cup chocolate chips. Layer on top and freeze again until firm. Cut. Keep in refrigerator. |
