HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. beef broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chow mein vegetables, drained (16 oz.)
2 tbsp. brown gravy sauce
Chow mein noodles

Brown meat, drain; add celery, onion, soy sauce and beef broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, gradually stir into meat mixture; add chow mein vegetables and brown gravy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over chow mein noodles.
