CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients and 1/2 can noodles. Mix well. Place in square baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 4.
