DIPSY DOODLE CAKE | |
2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple including juice Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. pecans 1 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice Combine all ingredients and gently boil for 3 minutes. Pour topping over warm cake. |
