DORA'S YELLOW SQUASH RELISH 
12 c. grated squash
2 lg. green bell peppers, sliced
4 c. thinly sliced onions
6 tbsp. salt

Mix the squash, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with salt. Put in a crock pot and cover. Next day, drain and rinse several times. 2 1/2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. celery salt 1 tsp. turmeric acid
