3 BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained
1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans, drained
1 sm. onions, cut up sm.
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 day. Good for a large group.
