FRUITY LEMON FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sliced bananas
1 c. whipping cream (or 8 oz. container Cool Whip)
1/4 c. sugar

Beat cream cheese until smooth; add next ingredients and mix well. Stir in pineapple, cherries, and pecans. Add bananas, tossing gently to coat.

Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Fold into fruit mixture. Spoon mixture into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan; cover and freeze until firm.

To serve, unmold salad on lettuce and garnish with pineapple slices, cherries, and lemon twists. Let stand at room temperature 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Serves 10.
