1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. butterscotch chips
2 c. walnuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt first 3 ingredients together; add walnuts and marshmallows. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Chill for 2 hours. Cut into squares.
