2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
Salt
Milk or water

Knead into dough.

FILLING:

Ricotta cheese
Salt
Hard boiled egg
Grated cheese
Ham slices

Use as much as desired. Make it as a double crusted pie. Cook in medium oven until golden brown.
