FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 oz. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
3 1/2 oz. coconut flakes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
