AUNT MARY'S FRESH SPINACH SALAD
AND DRESSING
 
Spinach
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs
1 Bermuda or Italian onion, sliced
1 lbs. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Crumbled bacon

DRESSING:

3/4 to 1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Clean spinach, remove stems and tear spinach. Slice hard boiled eggs. slice Bermuda or Italian onion. Then add sliced, fresh mushrooms. Crumble bacon on top. Chill well and hold dressing until ready to serve.
