HOT VEGGIE SURPRISE 
1 (8 oz.) any type noodles, cooked
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Birds Eye mixed vegetables (broccoli, green beans, baby onions, and red peppers), thawed
3 tbsp. Country Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Combine noodles, cheese, vegetables, mustard, salt, and pepper. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
