HERBAL POPOVERS 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. dried thyme, sage or basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 8 (6 ounce) custard cups; set aside. In blender mix eggs, milk, flour, butter, thyme and celery salt. Cover and process at low speed until smooth.

Spoon about 1/2 cup batter into each greased custard cup. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until browned. Serve immediately. Makes 8 popovers.
