HONEY POPOVERS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 lg. eggs

Grease muffin tins. Sift flour and salt in bowl. Add melted butter, milk, and honey t dry ingredients and mix. Beat eggs and combine all ingredients. Carefully fill each muffin tin a little less than half full. Bake about 30 minutes at 425 degrees or until sides and top are brown. Serve with butter jelly.
