HEIDELBERG POPOVERS 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to very hot, 450 degrees. Blend eggs, milk and oil by hand or at slow speed with electric mixer. Add flour and salt. Mix at medium speed until smooth. Coat muffin pans with oil. Fill every other cup about 3/4 full of batter. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes. For larger popovers, use custard cups.
