HOLIDAY POPOVERS 
2 eggs
1 c. enriched flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Generously 6 (6 oz.) custard cups or 8 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/2.

Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth. Do not over beat. Fill custard cups 1/2 full muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes; decrease oven temperature 350 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Remove immediately from cups. Serve hot. 6-8 popovers.
