GRAPEFRUIT PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 grapefruit
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

Cook together the water, sugar and cornstarch. Add strawberry Jello, stir to dissolve. When almost set, add sections of 3 grapefruit (drained, no juice). Pour into baked pie shell. Allow to set in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip.
