TWO-CRUST GRAPEFRUIT PIE | |
2 unbaked pie shells 3 c. grapefruit sections, peeled 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter Line 8" pie pan with pastry. Place the grapefruit sections in the pan in layers, sprinkling each layer with a mixture of the dry ingredients. Dot with butter. Top with pastry. Bake in HOT oven, 425 degrees, for 30 minutes. |
