GRAPEFRUIT PIE 
1 baked pie shell
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. juice (add water to make correct amount)
2 c. grapefruit pieces, drained (save the juice)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
3 tbsp. flavored red gelatin

Cook and cool: cornstarch, sugar, juice, syrup and gelatin. Add grapefruit pieces; pour in pie shell. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
