SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs slightly. Add melted butter, sugar and Karo; blend. Add vanilla. Pour over pecans into raw shell. Bake in 370 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
