HAMBURGER SURPRISE 
2 cups uncooked rice
2 tsp. butter (or your favorite buttery spread)
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
1 cup seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 bottle Ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY® or Kraft)
3 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Cook rice as directed on package, adding butter and salt to the boiling water.

Brown hamburger and onion together. Season hamburger/onion mixture with a little salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and ground mustard.

In a 9-inch pie pan layer cooked rice with drained hamburger on top. Use a spoon to drizzle ketchup sauce over hamburger. Spread baked beans over hamburger. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Add croutons to cover.

In a circular pattern pour Ranch dressing over the croutons. Top with remaining cheese. Cover loosely with tin foil.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Remove and serve.
