NO - BAKE ICE - BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
30 marshmallows
1 lb. graham crackers
1/2 lb. candied red cherries
1/2 lb. candied green cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. light raisins
1/2 lb. dark raisins
2 c. pecans

Put marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler or over low heat and let melt while you mix the other ingredients. Roll graham crackers with rolling pin and put in a large boiling or mixing bowl. Cut cherries in half and pineapple into pieces. Add cherries, pineapple, raisins and pecans to crumbs.

Mix well and then add marshmallows and milk mixture. Mix real well and pack in graham cracker box that has been lined with waxed paper. You can save a few cherries and pecans and decorate the top of cake. Store in the refrigerator.
