ANCHOVY WINE SAUCE | |
1 can anchovy fillets 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c. dry sherry 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped Saute garlic in the oil from the can of anchovies for 3 minutes. Add anchovies and mash to a paste. Add sherry and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add parsley. Mix well. Serve over spaghetti. Yields 2 servings. |
