EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
6-9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
4-6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu is best)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1-2 tsp. oregano

Cook noodles; set aside. Brown beef and drain. Add mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, onion, and oregano to beef. Simmer together for 10 minutes. In an oblong baking dish, greased, place 3 noodles side by side. Cover with meat mixture; then drop by spoonfuls cottage cheese and add layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and top with noodles and pats of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
