FOUR CHEESE LASAGNE 
1 box lasagne noodles
1 pt. Ricotta cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. chopped chives
2 eggs, hard boiled and mashed
1 tbsp. garlic oil
2 lb. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce

Cook lasagne noodles per directions on box. Rinse when done. In medium bowl, mix together Ricotta, cottage and Parmesan cheese.

Fold in chopped chives and eggs. Begin heating oven at 375 degrees. Oil bottom of 8 x 11 cake pan with garlic oil. Place 3 lasagne noodles side by side in the pan.

On top of noodles, spread 1/4 - 2/3 cup of spaghetti sauce. On top of sauce, sprinkle 1/2 cup Mozzarella and another layer of 3 noodles.

On top of this layer, spread 1/2 of the cheese-egg-chive mixture. On top of cheese mixture, spread 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce. Add another layer of 3 noodles. Repeat steps 1 time.

On top of last layer of noodles, sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake until top cheese is browned. Remove and let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. Makes 6-9 servings. Enjoy.
